Cookie Preferences
Last Updated: September 23, 2026
This Cookie Preferences notice explains how Mebanewood LLC, on behalf of itself and its affiliated entities (collectively, “Mebanewood,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on mebanewood.com and related webpages (collectively, the “Site”).
For additional information about how we collect, use, and disclose information through the Site, please review our Privacy Policy.
1. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small data files stored on a browser or device when a website is visited. Cookies may allow a website or service provider to recognize a browser, remember preferences, maintain functionality, measure engagement, or understand how a website is used.
The Site may also use similar technologies, including:
- pixels;
- tags;
- scripts;
- local-storage technologies;
- software development kits;
- device or browser identifiers; and
- server-side analytics technologies.
References to “cookies” in this notice include these similar technologies where appropriate.
2. Categories of Technologies We Use
Strictly Necessary Technologies
Strictly necessary technologies support the operation, security, and basic functionality of the Site.
They may be used to:
- deliver webpages and Site functionality;
- maintain network and system security;
- prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access;
- balance traffic and maintain availability;
- remember privacy or cookie selections;
- administer data-room access, including a first-party guest session cookie and activity recording described in the Privacy Policy; and
- support other functions necessary to provide the Site.
Because these technologies are necessary for the Site to operate, they generally cannot be disabled through our cookie-preference controls. You may be able to block them through your browser, but doing so may impair Site functionality.
Analytics and Performance Technologies
Analytics and performance technologies help us understand how visitors use the Site and how the Site performs.
They may collect information concerning:
- pages viewed;
- referral sources;
- approximate location;
- browser and device characteristics;
- session activity;
- interaction with Site features;
- loading speed;
- errors; and
- other technical or engagement information.
We use this information to measure traffic, identify technical issues, evaluate content, and improve the Site.
Advertising and Measurement Technologies
We may use advertising and measurement technologies to:
- measure the effectiveness of communications or campaigns;
- understand whether a visitor reached the Site through a particular source;
- analyze interactions with the Site;
- create or measure audiences; and
- support advertising or remarketing activities.
These technologies may allow third-party providers to recognize a browser or device across websites or services, subject to their own privacy practices and your applicable settings.
Mebanewood does not use these technologies to provide individualized investment advice or make investment decisions.
Functional Technologies
Functional technologies may remember selections or support enhanced Site functionality.
Depending on the features made available, these technologies may be used to remember:
- language or display preferences;
- previously selected settings;
- form-related information; or
- other optional Site preferences.
3. Services We May Use
The Site may use the following services, together with other technologies implemented from time to time.
Vercel
The Site may use Vercel for website hosting, infrastructure, performance monitoring, and analytics.
Vercel Web Analytics is designed to collect anonymized website-usage data without using cookies. Vercel Speed Insights may collect anonymous technical and performance data concerning matters such as browser type, device type, operating system, approximate country, network speed, webpage route, and performance metrics.
Certain Vercel technologies may therefore operate without being classified as optional cookies, although related infrastructure may still process technical data necessary to deliver and secure the Site.
Google Analytics
The Site may use Google Analytics to understand traffic, engagement, and Site usage.
Google Analytics 4 may use first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Information generated through Google Analytics may be transmitted to and processed by Google in accordance with Google’s terms and privacy practices.
Where required or implemented, Google Analytics will be controlled through the Site’s consent or preference-management mechanism.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
The Site may use the LinkedIn Insight Tag for campaign measurement, conversion tracking, audience analysis, and related advertising functions.
The Insight Tag may place cookies and create a pseudonymous identifier when a visitor accesses a webpage on which the tag is installed. LinkedIn may use information collected through the tag for campaign reporting, conversion measurement, and audience-related functions in accordance with its own policies.
Where required or implemented, the LinkedIn Insight Tag will be activated only after the visitor has made the applicable cookie selection.
4. Managing Your Preferences
You may manage optional cookies and similar technologies through the Cookie Preferences control available on the Site.
Depending on the technologies in use, you may be able to:
- accept all optional technologies;
- reject all optional technologies;
- accept or reject technologies by category; and
- revise a previous selection.
Your selection will apply to the browser and device on which it is made. You may need to make a separate selection when using another browser or device or after clearing browser data.
Strictly necessary technologies may remain active regardless of your selection.
5. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow users to view, block, restrict, or delete cookies through browser settings.
Blocking or deleting cookies may:
- remove stored preferences;
- require you to make a new cookie selection;
- limit Site features;
- interfere with analytics or measurement; or
- affect the operation of other websites.
Browser controls vary by provider and version. You should consult your browser’s help materials for current instructions.
Google also provides a browser add-on that can prevent Google Analytics scripts from sharing information concerning Site activity with Google Analytics.
6. Global Privacy Control and Similar Signals
Some browsers or extensions transmit privacy-preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control.
Where required by applicable law and technically supported, we will process recognized signals as requests to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities.
Because the Site’s technologies and legal obligations may change, the effect of a signal may depend on the browser, jurisdiction, and technologies active at the time of the visit.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting.
There is no universally accepted standard governing how websites must respond to Do Not Track signals. Accordingly, the Site may not respond differently to those signals unless required by applicable law.
8. Third-Party Control
Third-party providers may independently determine how information collected through their technologies is processed, retained, or combined with other information.
Mebanewood does not control:
- a third party’s cookies or identifiers;
- information maintained in a visitor’s third-party account;
- the third party’s retention practices;
- the third party’s cross-site or cross-service processing; or
- privacy settings offered directly by the third party.
Visitors should review the privacy and cookie materials provided by the applicable third party.
9. Changes to Technologies
The specific cookies, providers, and technologies used on the Site may change as the Site, its features, and its service-provider relationships evolve.
The cookie-preference interface should be treated as the most current description of the optional technologies active on the Site. We may update this notice periodically to reflect material changes.
